I am regularly asked about meditating and where to begin, in addition to creating an in-person weekly meditation group, I put together a few of my favorite guided meditations. These meditations are not mine and I do not own any rights to them. I just like them.
Some of these meditations have frequencies that will assist in relaxation and altered states and require the use of headphones. I strongly advise that you visit the the websites and the original youtube site before beginning any of these meditations for further instruction and information.
